This listing is for an adjustable* dog collar in your width, hardware, style, and size of choice. We are happy to customize any of these, or come up with something new, just shoot us an e-mail at woof@thesilverhound.net!

*All collars are as adjustable as possible (Smaller collars adjust less, bigger adjust more) Excluding classic slip collars (These do not adjust). We try to size collars so your dogs neck is in the middle of the adjustments. Every collar is custom sized!

Please don't forget to include your dog's neck size (Please note for CLASSIC SLIP COLLARS put the total length you want for the slip collar *Typically the largest part of the dogs head and/or neck since it has to slip over your dog's head), your hardware color choice (if applicable), and any other special requests you may have. Also feel free to include if your dog is a puppy and still growing and I will make the collar start at their current neck size and only adjust up.

Make sure you specify what color hardware you want if you select plastic OR Powder Coated. 3/4" and 1" plastic come in all the colors pictured below and 1.5" plastic comes in black, white, pink, red, brown, & navy. 2" plastic only comes in black. Powder coating comes in all the colors below.

*Please note the black metal option is black powder coated hardware, the slides are slightly thinner than our current heavy duty slides but they're still tough. This option is only available in 3/4" and 1" however our powder coated option is available in all widths.

• • • ★★Learn more about your collar!★★ • • •

All of our collars are made with 100% cotton fabric that is pre-washed and dried prior to construction. We include on the inside of our collars polypropylene webbing to ensure they hold up to your tough pup! We stitch our collars up to TEN times at all stress points. (This is why our stitching often times looks thicker than compared to others.)

Washing your collar: I personally toss my collar in the washer on cold and lay it flat to dry or hang outside on a nice day! If your collar seems wrinkled you can very carefully and quickly go over it with an iron on a low-medium setting (being very careful to avoid the hardware, especially if it's plastic!). This is to be done carefully as you don't want to melt the interior webbing! You can also hand wash your collars and dry as specified above.

Due to the fact that each collar is customized to your specific info we don't offer free returns or exchanges unless a mistake has been made on our part. HOWEVER if a mistake has been made on your end (gave us the wrong measurement, you ordered the wrong style, etc.) we are still happy to work with you to get you a replacement. (We charge a fee for this but the fee varies depending on how much work or hardware is needed to fix it.)
